WARNING: DO NOT SAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR AUTOSHIP! DO NOT USE AUTOSHIP HERE! We bought Seresto collars for our 6 dogs about seven months back and returned them right away after checking the label. Today we were charged $328.43 when the company automatically shipped us 6 Seresto collars without asking. There was no email notification at all to manage the autoship. If we'd gotten one, we'd have at least changed the order since 2 of our dogs have passed and we don't need that many anyway. Plus, why was a product we returned still being automatically sent? They charged our card, shipped it out, and then emailed to say it's on its way. They say we'll get our money back once we get the item, take it to UPS ourselves, wait for them to process the return, and receive a check, all while our $328 is stuck with us through no action of our own for what could be WEEKS!

I need to give credit where it's due, and that goes to Peggie Barron-Pauldo. Her professionalism and knowledge were outstanding. She answered questions I hadn't even asked yet, like she could read my mind. She's a real gem to this company and I hope she picks up the phone the next time I call. Thank you so much.

My issue was that I wasn't sure how to get to it and I struggle with technology. Fortunately, I reached a terrific Customer Service Rep named Peggy when I called. She didn't just explain how to access the service, she sat on the phone with me and guided me step by step until I got connected with the vet. I really appreciate your help, Peggy!
