The smart Feed doesn't work and won't connect to my WiFi even though I'm using the correct network. Returning it because it's a complete waste of money.

Got an auto feeder from Petsafe and spent weeks trying to get it working. Followed all the setup instructions, moved it around the house to rule out placement issues, looked through their website troubleshooting guide, posted questions online, and even called customer service. Nothing worked. The feeder just wouldn't operate at all. I'm really frustrated because I'm leaving town next week and now my dogs won't have a way to eat while I'm gone. Won't be buying from this company again since I take my pets seriously.

Had an issue with my smart spin litterbox that was showing an error code I couldn't find anywhere in the manual. Ordered the extreme weather pet door through Amazon and got sent something completely different - just a weird map instead of an actual pet door. Sent it back following Amazon's return process. They gave me a refund at first, then randomly reversed it claiming I didn't return the item I purchased. But I never even got the pet door to begin with. This was a nightmare.

Bought an Outlast 90 pet fountain and after about six months the status light started flashing red. When I opened it up to investigate, I could see that the pump motor and circuit board were all corroded. Support told me that these parts aren't waterproofed, so water and humidity can damage them easily. There aren't any replacement parts available, so the whole thing ended up in the trash.

After just three days of using it, our dog spotted a deer and took off running, but when we triggered the collar, he turned right around and came back. We were shocked it worked so well. The citronella spray is a gentle correction with no electric shocks, which we really like. A couple of small issues though - the battery charging port is kind of hidden and it doesn't give you a clear battery level indicator. Our unit had to be replaced and the wait was longer than we'd have liked. I'd also be interested in recycling options for the defective unit. Overall though, this has been fantastic and made our dog time so much better.

Bought the 900 Series Staywell magnetic catflap and ran into a problem after installation. The extension tunnels that should come with it weren't included. I checked their website for the tunnels and found them listed, but the description said they're not compatible with this exact model. There aren't any other tunnel options that fit either. Now we've got an exposed hole in our door that could let water in, and nothing works to cover it properly.

Received a delivery notification but the package never actually showed up. Tried reaching out via email multiple times with no response. Pretty disappointed. Stay away from this company.

Purchased the ceramic catfountain and after a couple years of regular cleaning and care, the bowl cracked. Reached out asking if I could buy a replacement bowl and was told that ceramic pieces aren't sold separately as spare parts. Now the whole fountain is waste because they didn't plan for ceramic breaking. They offered a discount on buying a new one, but the prices are way higher than other sites that sell the same thing, so I'd only save a couple bucks. Why would I buy the same model again when I know parts won't be available to fix it?

Then of course I found the original one right after placing my order. Since these collars aren't cheap, I called customer support to cancel. The person I spoke with, Sylvester, was incredibly helpful and processed my cancellation and refund right away, no hassle. Really impressed with how smoothly that went.
