The phone line doesn't work and customer service emails go unanswered. The unsubscribe link on emails doesn't function either. This place seems totally fraudulent.

I placed an order back in June and it never showed up. I've been trying to reach out to customer service multiple times, but all they keep saying is that they're keeping tabs on things and will let me know when it gets shipped. I've sent two emails this past week alone and they've stopped responding.

I wish I could leave something lower than one star. They'll happily take your money but won't give you any info on whether your order is actually processing. When I tried emailing customer service, all I got back was a generic response. An order that was supposed to ship in 3 to 5 days was still sitting there after 3 weeks. Then out of nowhere I got an email saying they'd canceled it. I got my refund back, but I'm really let down that I never got the boots I was really wanting. Won't be shopping with them again.

Still waiting on my delivery. For about 10 days now, the tracking keeps saying it'll arrive tomorrow by 9 PM, but nothing shows up. Really disappointed in how this has been handled. I'm worried the package might never get here, which is a bummer since it's supposed to be a gift.

Sure, I didn't get what I ordered, but a company that does the right thing when problems happen is worth its weight in gold.

Unfortunately the coat I got had some problems with it, and by the time I noticed, I'd passed the 30 day window for exchanges since it was a holiday gift. I reached out to customer support, explained the issue with pictures, and they took care of it in a fair and timely manner. I'll absolutely keep shopping here in the future.

Fantastic company. I grabbed 5 men's shirts as gifts and gave one to my son-in-law, only to realize it was actually a boy's x-large and not a men's size. He thought it was hilarious. I got in touch with Proozy and even though it was past 30 days, they were super nice and immediately sent a replacement. Can't say enough good things about their customer service. Highly recommend them.

Don't waste money paying full retail prices anymore. I've picked up tons of clothing from Proozy like sweatshirts, sweatpants, shorts, and other stuff on clearance including sunglasses and hats. Quality has been top notch on everything. Shipping takes a bit longer than some other places, but honestly I think I've gotten spoiled by faster options. The prices are unbeatable for quality brand names. It's definitely worth waiting a bit for. Plus they're always running gift card giveaways that are legit, I actually won a $20 one myself. Can't recommend them enough.
