Here's the thing: this company is actually based in Germany but pretends to be from Canada or the US. I bought a puzzle for about $53 and paid $14 shipping, then UPS hit me with a massive customs brokerage fee of $29. I sent it back and asked for my money back. Just skip this company altogether.

I'd suggest requesting a picture of the finished puzzle if you're giving it as a gift since that helps the people putting it together, especially if the box doesn't show one. Make sure your image is high quality and high resolution though. Hands down, I'd use them again. It's a little expensive for sure, but man, it's such a unique gift!
