I'm obsessed with the Vanilla Cream flavor because it tastes rich and smooth. What really stands out is how serious they are about good nutrition. I feel great, stay full longer, and it's become part of my everyday routine. Getting solid nutrition has never been easier with their products. Absolutely worth it if you want to improve your health.

I had to dispute a charge with my credit card company because this company refuses to follow their own policies. When problems pop up before, during, or after an order, they won't help. The customer service is terrible and the whole thing feels like a scam.

I got a receipt confirming they received the product back, but the refund never came. So I called my credit card company and filed a dispute with them. This place sweeps everything under the rug and won't let you actually talk to anyone on the phone - everything happens through email. Go elsewhere. Also be really careful with subscriptions because they're sketchy. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I ordered the vanilla creme shake starter kit plus a sample pack of tea, but the order summary showed three sample packs instead of one. I got in touch with customer service right away to correct it. Nobody was available to chat with me. I tried emailing and waited two days for a response. I called and held for over fifteen minutes before getting disconnected. Then I received an email saying my order had already shipped and if I wanted to return anything, I'd have to pay for it myself plus follow a bunch of complicated return procedures. I just decided to let it go. The shakes are chalky and taste like artificial sweetener chemicals. Adding frozen berries or fresh fruit helps a little, but not enough. I'm never dealing with this company again. Consider yourself warned.

The starter pack pricing is nice, but unfortunately the actual shakes are rough. I sampled two flavors and both are nearly impossible to get down. The texture is grainy and it tastes like drinking liquified play dough.

My opinion of this company has changed for the worse. The shakes actually taste good but they contain too much iron for women past menopause, and they're not affordable. Got the 310 Starter Kit which came with three shake packets, a tea pod packet with three pods, a water enhancer, and a juice packet. No turquoise shaker included so I just mixed everything into water bottles. The Chocolate Frosting shake is really disappointing - it's way too sweet with an overwhelming artificial sweetener aftertaste that I couldn't get past. Birthday Cake was similarly overly sweet with that same chemical finish, though I managed to drink it and could taste a bit of the birthday cake flavor underneath. The Chocolate Mint worked the best out of the three because the mint flavor helped cut through that strong artificial taste. I didn't have any control over which flavors I got. The tea packets had Hibiscus flavor and those were sweetened as well. Still haven't opened the water enhancer or juice. The main issue is everything is just too sweet and that sugar substitute flavor overpowers everything else. The packaging itself is nice and came in a quality box with some helpful info, though it would've been better to get the shaker cup because the powders are a bit damp and were hard to mix in the bottles without making a mess.

I've been using their meal replacement shakes and supplement line for quite a while now. Honestly, I really enjoy how they taste, particularly when I mix them up with coconut milk or almond milk. Delicious.
