I bought the starter kit back in summer when it was supposed to include three shakes, one lemonade, and one tea packet so I could sample everything. They switched things around after I ordered though, and what showed up was four shakes and a lanyard instead. I contacted support to point this out, and they offered a three dollar refund which I declined because I really wanted what I originally ordered. They refunded me anyway. I felt like customer service could've handled it better, plus I'm just not a fan of how the shakes taste.
