Wish I'd read reviews before buying. Aerosole has an absolutely terrible return and refund process. Don't purchase unless you get free returns and your money back without hassle. It's basically highway robbery. On top of that, the quality is nowhere near what these shoes used to be. They're made overseas now and they're garbage. Don't waste your money.
Two of the three pairs I ordered were great, but the third pair was the same style as one of the others and came smaller, so it didn't fit right. The biggest issue for me is not being able to work with an actual customer service person. I do love the Aerosoles shoes themselves, but this lack of phone support will stop me from buying more pairs. There are other stores that carry the brand anyway.
The shoes themselves are beautiful and high quality if they arrive without problems. The trouble starts when you need to deal with their support team, which is basically just an AI chatbot called Allison. You're completely out of luck if issues happen. Really frustrated about this since the shoes are expensive.

Worst customer service ever. I ordered shoes marked as true to size but that's total nonsense. I wear a size 8 in women's and they fit perfect or a little loose usually. Got these in an 8 and they squeeze my feet so bad they've torn up my heels from how tight they are. Not true to size at all. I contacted support asking to exchange for a size up and they said no because it's final sale. But the whole problem only happened because of their misleading description. I had another order that hadn't shipped yet so I asked if we could adjust the size before it left the warehouse. They said they couldn't do it then, but said I'd have options once it arrived. How am I supposed to have options when they won't even do a simple exchange? This company is terrible and I was really excited to try them for the first time. I ended up telling everyone I know to skip them.
These guys are just out to rip you off. Aerosoles handles returns completely different from other companies. They won't cover return shipping costs and then they charge an extra ten dollars for nothing. Skip them entirely. There's no phone option and they ignore messages you submit online. It's a company that straight up doesn't care about taking care of customers. If I'd spent more money, I'd be calling the Attorney General about this.
Bought shoes for my wife that showed available online. Two days later our order gets cancelled because suddenly they're out of stock, yet they're still listed as in stock on the website right now. Makes no sense. Won't be shopping there again.
Customer service here is absolutely awful. Email is literally the only way they let you contact them and they don't even bother responding to those.
Got shoes two weeks ago but they never showed up because of carrier problems. Aerosoles makes it super difficult to reach anyone since they don't do phone support anymore, just online forms that take forever. No live chat either which would actually let you talk to a real person. When my shoes went missing, they gave me a refund but wouldn't send a replacement even though the shoes are still available in my size. I asked if I could just reorder at the price I originally paid and they flat out refused, saying the promotion ended. I get it's over, but I never received what I paid for in the first place. Other companies always handle this kind of situation by honoring the original price, it's just basic customer service. This was incredibly frustrating and honestly a terrible experience. I'm done ordering from Aerosoles.
