What Shoppers Say About Afflictionclothing
Afflictionclothing is rated 1.3 out of 5 by 15 shoppers, with the vast majority of reviews expressing serious dissatisfaction. Reviewers report significant problems with customer service, describing representatives as rude and unresponsive, along with widespread shipping and order fulfillment issues. Customers describe missing shipments, orders disappearing from the system, inaccurate shipping timelines, long delays without updates, and unresolved billing problems. Several shoppers note that customer service fails to respond to inquiries or provides only automated responses.
Additional complaints include high shipping costs (particularly for international orders), refusal to refund sales taxes on returned items, and a general sense that the company does not prioritize customer satisfaction. A small number of reviewers appear satisfied with their purchases, but they represent a tiny fraction of feedback. Many shoppers recommend purchasing from Afflictionclothing items through alternative retailers instead of ordering directly from the company.

Sorted by: Most recentThe quality is really disappointing. I spent about $150 on a jacket and it started peeling not long after I got it. I reached out with pictures, but they said they don't make that style anymore so they couldn't do anything. I asked about getting a similar jacket instead, and they basically said tough luck since my purchase was outside their 30-day window. Don't waste your cash on this brand when there are better companies out there making quality gear. I'm done shopping with Affliction.
I got this for my son as a Christmas gift. The design looked great but the fit was too small. I sent it back with the tags still attached for an exchange, and they refused. Affliction claimed it wasn't in new condition, which is ridiculous because he just tried it on, realized it didn't fit, and we packed it right back up with the tags intact. I'm now stuck with two shirts I paid $100 for that don't fit. Their customer service is awful. It's frustrating because my son actually likes the brand, but there's no way I'm supporting a company that won't do a simple exchange.
I received the wrong tee shirts in my shipment. They told me I'd have to pay to send the wrong items back and also cover the cost of getting the right ones delivered. Eventually they just quit responding to my messages altogether. Now I'm stuck with two shirts I never wanted. Is this seriously how a real company operates, or is this whole place a scam?
I bought a watch from them and it didn't work, even though I usually like their products. I contacted them for help since these things happen. They first wanted me to send it in for repairs, but I wasn't comfortable with that and asked for a replacement instead. Their response was that they were probably all defective and they'd need to check with the warehouse. After several back-and-forth emails, I finally sent it back based on what they said. Instead of replacing it, they just gave me a partial refund with no explanation and stopped responding. Then the review link they sent me didn't even work. I've been a loyal customer for years and all I wanted was a working product. Their customer service needs a complete overhaul, especially when there's an issue. The items are usually nice, but if something goes wrong and you need support, good luck. They don't stand behind what they sell.
