A service provider required me to switch to AirSlate for handling communications and payments. The platform has some pretty strict requirements that don't work well for everyone. They're pushing specific browsers (Chrome, Edge, etc.) when I prefer Firefox, and they need Windows 11 while my computer is stuck on Windows 10 with no upgrade path. On top of that, if an email gets bounced back, they just give up trying to contact you. Want to switch to paper communications instead? That'll cost you extra. Better options are out there unless you're forced into using this like I was.
