I cannot stress enough how frustrating this company has been. I placed two orders that didn't fit what I was looking for, so I returned both. Getting my money back turned into a nightmare. I had to contact their customer service repeatedly asking where my refund was, and they kept giving me dates that came and went with nothing. Eventually I got my refund for one order, but after a month of hassling them. Now I'm dealing with the second order where they claim I never returned it, even though I have the tracking number showing delivery to their warehouse in June. I also have screenshots of my conversation with their rep where they promised a specific refund date. This is seriously shady business. If you need to return something, be prepared for a fight to get your money back. I would avoid them completely.

Really happy with the items I ordered. The shipping is always incredibly quick and everything arrives nicely packaged. I had a problem one time and customer service actually replied within 24 hours and had already sent out a replacement without making a big deal about it. That kind of customer care makes all the difference. I'll definitely be ordering again because they clearly want to make sure you're happy.

Unfortunately I've had some real problems with this brand. The products have quality issues like pilling, holes showing up too soon, and sizes that aren't accurate. On top of that, I've emailed them FIVE separate times about exchanging a jacket for a smaller size and they've completely ignored me. I've been a loyal customer despite their problems, so being ignored like this is really disappointing and frustrating.
