It was a hassle having to go to Fedex to ship it back, and I won't be ordering from them again.
I've bought plenty of items from this brand over the years, and their in-store customer service is decent. But the actual clothing quality is my real concern. Expensive pieces are falling apart after just a few wears. A grommet dress lost a grommet after three wearings. A patent leather mini had an eyelet come undone after four wears. My white leather mini got stained by black marks from the protective foam on the hanger. For the prices they charge, these things shouldn't happen. I'm basically done shopping there.
Zero stars would be more appropriate here. Looking for actual protective masks? Skip these. They're thin viscose with just 2 layers and won't provide the protection you need. They're designed to look cute, not to keep you safe, which is disappointing given the current environment. There's no pocket for a filter either. The company should prioritize safety over style and profit. I'm tossing mine. Try the Honest Company or look up FDA approved options like KN95 masks instead. Don't rely on Vogue or InStyle recommendations for these.
I've bought several of their masks over time and the quality and materials are all over the place. The first set was made in China, which disappointed me, but at least they looked nice and felt comfortable. My second order came from Thailand and was a totally different experience. The material changed completely, I got a color I never ordered, and it felt cheap. I'm not buying their masks again and don't recommend them to others.
I hate that I even have to give them one star because their customer service is literally the worst I've encountered. I ordered a mask on April 13th and realized my old address was still on file with Apple Pay, so I called customer service right after ordering to change my shipping address. They refused. I asked them to cancel the order so I could reorder with the correct address, and they said no to that too. By June 1st, I still didn't have it. Meanwhile I'd ordered and received masks from six other companies. I called again pleading with them to cancel, and again they refused. I've been a loyal customer with tons of their shoes and clothes from stores, but never again. I'm done with this brand for good because of how badly they handle customer issues.
I placed an order last night during their sample sale and accidentally paid with Apple Pay before entering my promo code. I immediately emailed and called to try to cancel it, and even contacted my bank right away. Their customer service only works from 9am to 6pm, so my order went through after hours. When I called first thing the next morning, they said there was nothing they could do. This company won't be getting my business anymore.
