Sorted by: Most recentI bought a scrub set and my card got charged a penny first. Then they charged me for the full amount I approved. A week later I called asking for a tracking number and the rep told me my card was declined. That's completely false because I get alerts for everything on my account, and I confirmed with my bank that the charges went through. On my second call, a different rep said it actually did go through and they'd send it. They lied. I never got my order, and they tried charging me again, but I had already cancelled that card. These people are scammers and they're out of control. I disputed the original charges.
I've been shopping here for 25 years but the company that runs this now is absolutely disgusting. Their customer service is awful and I'm done. I will never order from here again. The product selection has become a complete joke. That's the last time this place gets any money from me.
Next time someone places an order, how about being nice about it? If something goes wrong, just fix it. That's what you should do. Treat your customers with some respect.
Do yourself a favor and do not order here. I placed an order on 5/8/25 and still haven't gotten it. I ordered 13 items total, and 2 of them needed embroidery. I get it, embroidery takes time, but the store wouldn't let me get the other 11 items unless I waited for the embroidery to finish. Every time I called customer service they were rude and dismissive, and I could never get updates without spending 45 minutes on the phone. Then I finally got a message saying half my order is out of stock. So after waiting this whole time, I'm never getting the scrubs I paid for. I needed them for a new job. The way they run this business is ridiculous and the stress isn't worth it.
The customer service here is terrible and I wouldn't recommend trusting this company. Look for other options. You're not going to get your orders shipped from this place.
I'd give this zero stars if I could. Back on November 2, 2024, I placed an order. I've been ordering from this company for a decade and my orders usually arrive within two weeks. This time I'm now a full month in and still nothing. I reached out to them last week and they told me it's still being processed. I'm done with this company. I can't recommend them for buying uniforms anymore. Their customer service has gotten really bad.
Worst customer service ever. I bought three items that were listed as in-stock, but then found out they were all on back-order with no clue when I'd get them. After a month with no shipment or update, I tried to cancel four times, twice calling and twice sending written requests. They kept saying okay but then didn't actually cancel. Eventually they updated me saying it would take two and a half months total before shipping. Meanwhile I ordered those exact same items from another uniform company, got them personalized with embroidery, and received everything 10 days later for $30 cheaper. This isn't my first bad experience with this place either. This is the second time they've done me like this.
I ordered scrubs early for school and they cancelled my order without even letting me know. I only found out because I checked the status with someone. Maeve told me the scrubs were gone, but they're still showing on the website. She offered me 10% off regular price scrubs instead, but now those scrubs cost three times what the original sale price was. She wouldn't budge on anything and only offered express ground shipping. If you order from them, get ready to be stuck in limbo wondering if you'll actually get what you ordered.
I wouldn't recommend ordering from this place. They made a mess of my order, and this seems to happen a lot from what I've heard. Shipping takes way longer than the five days they claim. I spent a ton of money expecting good service and just got let down. You'd have better luck ordering on Amazon.
