Got charged for shipping and then received an email about a refund that never actually appeared. Tried reaching out via email and heard nothing back. Sent another message to a different address thinking I had it wrong, and still got ignored. This company recycles the same old products and doesn't give a second thought to what customers need. Any business should know that responding to customers is how you keep them around. Pretty disappointed in how they operate.

They threw in a basic razor I can grab at any drugstore. There was also a cologne sample that smelled awful in a tiny size they give away free at department store counters. And a gold eyeliner? Like anyone actually wears that. The customer service here is really bad too. The reps struggle with English, so getting them to understand simple things like your name takes forever. Just skip it. You won't get a refund either, so your best bet is to call your credit card company and dispute it for false advertising, broken products, and terrible support.
