What Shoppers Say About Alpha-H
Alpha-H shoppers report mixed experiences with the brand's skincare products and service. Some customers praise the product quality and appreciate the direct ordering benefits, including frequent promotions and complimentary items not available elsewhere. However, significant service issues emerge as recurring complaints: customers report unresolved order problems (items never arriving), unresponsive customer support across multiple contact attempts, and billing disputes where promotional codes fail to apply correctly at checkout. When customers contact support about these problems, they describe receiving unhelpful responses or no response at all.
The stark divide in ratings suggests Alpha-H's appeal lies in its products themselves, but poor order fulfillment and customer service infrastructure undermine the overall experience. Shoppers seeking skincare refills may find value in their promotions, but those experiencing problems face frustration with an unresponsive support team that appears unable or unwilling to resolve disputes.

Sorted by: Most recentIt's okay, nothing special. Started using Alpha-H products back when I was 27 and that's now two decades in the past. Those days they were primarily sold through beauty salons and the product selection was way smaller. I'd go in for facials and ended up buying several items like the balancing cleanser, triple action cleanser, liquid gold, balancing mask, pore refining mask, daily moisturiser and micro scrub, and I really enjoyed all of them. Once prices climbed I had to ration my use, though eventually spotting them at Myer made things easier, especially during sales when I'd stock up on multiple bottles. Over time I've added their Vitamin C paste and serums to my routine. The products work well enough but I'm only giving three stars because they pulled both the clay masks and Vitamin C paste from their lineup, and those were honestly my top picks. The liquid gold formula just isn't what it was before either, plus I've noticed their serums don't perform as well as other options like La Roche-Posay's lineup have for me.
Never received my order and got zero help. Purchased a cleanser on September 25th and my payment went through right away, but the item never showed up. I've reached out three separate times over the past couple weeks by email and through messaging with absolutely no replies. Either send me what I paid for or give me a refund.
Great experience ordering from them. I've been going straight to Alpha-H for my skincare refills lately because they consistently have special promotions, promo codes, and complimentary items you won't find through other retailers. Placed an order recently while in a hurry and messed up the product selection without thinking, but once I reached out via email the team was incredibly supportive. They walked me through the return steps and got my correct cleanser shipped out to me in no time. Really appreciate the awesome service from Sheena!
Skip this company! Went through checkout with a promotional code that worked fine at that stage. Then my receipt came through showing I was charged full price instead. I contacted customer service and they told me they can't refund the difference I was supposed to save. As some kind of apology they offered a discount code for my next purchase, but frankly that's not what I want. I'm expecting to pay the amount that should have gone through. Planning to send the order back once it arrives, and they seem totally fine with that rather than correcting the charge.
