Their hair and shower products have been really great and I've been loyal for years, but I'm asking them to please switch to a cruelty free approach. Because of my personal values, I've decided I can only buy from companies that don't test on animals anymore, so unfortunately I can't use their products anymore even though I miss them. My last purchase was their daily deep moisturizing shampoo back in 2023, and I won't be ordering again until they change their policy. I really think they should consider this because their products would probably sell even better with this commitment. Animal testing isn't necessary these days and there are tons of alternative testing methods available. Other companies like Gillette and Lynx have already started moving toward cruelty free practices, so why can't this brand do the same?
They charged my account but the order never arrived. It's basically theft at this point. I've filed a dispute with PayPal to try getting my money back.
I made an order and immediately realized I'd used an outdated address. I tried reaching out through email and attempted the live chat multiple times without getting any responses. Eventually I found a phone number and managed to speak with someone. Unfortunately, they couldn't help me change the shipping address and just offered to cancel the order, which I agreed to both over the phone and via email. They actually confirmed the cancellation and refund in their response. But the next day I got another email saying they couldn't process the cancellation or refund after all. I've sent more emails and tried the chat again but nobody's getting back to me. This whole situation has been really frustrating. Honestly, the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I'd seriously reconsider ordering from their website or look at other brands instead.
The conditioner and hair wax are really fantastic. My only complaint is that some items like the body wash seem overpriced. Since you'd use something like that every day, spending fifteen dollars on it is tough to justify, especially in countries where that money goes further.
