Needed 50 seed packets in special envelopes for a memorial event. Their listing said next day shipping. Took eight days before they emailed saying they were out of stock and my order was cancelled. Left me completely hanging right before the event. If you need something specific, don't count on this site.

I ordered 36 fountain grass plants back in March, split between two shipments of 18 each. Only got one shipment. When I called about the missing one, they said it was their mistake and there's no more stock. Now I'm scrambling to find 18 more plants somewhere else, and the price has doubled. They offered a refund but said it might take a few weeks. Don't think I'll be ordering from them again.

The seed just didn't germinate. I watched their instructional videos, followed their directions exactly, prepped a 3,000 square foot area properly, scattered the seed, and nothing came up except weeds.
