What a rip-off. I put in a lot of effort and answered plenty of questions correctly. Then I logged back in a week later and they threw 3 ridiculous questions at me. I missed them because I didn't study first, and now they're saying my course is blocked because I failed. Somebody needs to give me my money back. These guys are total con artists.
Their customer service is terrible. This company is not somewhere you want to take a defensive driving course. Trust me, your money will be gone.
I'm not someone who works for them trying to leave a fake positive review. I genuinely had a great experience with them. I went through the entire course, answered every question with no issues. Each section I finished popped up the next test, and I scored a 90 on the final exam. It let me print my certificate right there. I grabbed the file and printed it out. I didn't notice anything saying they'd mail it to me. Overall I'm happy with them, I'll give them a 5. Just make sure you know the option is there to print or save your certificate yourself. Good luck with yours, hope it goes smoothly.
Total waste of money. They kick you out whenever you fail a quiz and make you sign up all over again. I asked for my money back and they flat out refused.
I spent $25 to take the 6 hour course. About three hours in, on a quiz question where you need one correct answer out of three, I got the first two wrong. Before I could try the third one, the system already marked it as wrong and shut me out. Took 45 minutes for someone in chat to respond, and then every time they answered it took another 4 to 5 minutes between messages. Eventually they just said I had to re-register, period. I asked about getting my money back and what happened with that third question I never got to answer, but then they stopped responding entirely. After ten more minutes I gave up. The only option left was paying another $25 to do the whole thing from the start. I switched to IDriveSafely.com instead and went through the entire course with zero problems. Looks like I'm becoming just another person warning others about this terrible company. Really wish I'd looked at reviews before spending money here.
Back in 2020, I completed their Defensive Driving course without any issues. I signed up again in February 2023 expecting the same smooth experience. That didn't happen. I wasted hours stuck in customer service chat waiting for someone to respond. First problem was getting locked out because of voice authentication issues. Then after finishing the final quiz, the page kept cycling back to review mode instead of showing me my completion certificate. I tried reaching them through chat which was pointless, then email which they only answered when I said I'd charge back on my card, and even sent them a physical letter to their Florida location. Their curriculum is solid but their support team is absolutely terrible. I really hope they get it together by the time I need this course again in a few years, but I'll definitely read reviews again before signing up.
