Customer service is a nightmare! I ordered a Halloween costume and they sent me the completely wrong size and wrong costume than what I ordered. I've been trying to contact them but can't get anyone on the phone or respond to my emails.

Nobody will get back to me about tracking and I can't reach customer service. Got one weird email from someone claiming my address was wrong, so I sent the correct one right away but heard nothing after that.

I spent nearly 500 dollars on clothes from this site mid-December hoping they'd arrive before the holidays but definitely by the new year. Here it is early January and I haven't received anything. There's been no update about my order and it still shows as processing. Right after ordering I got an email saying I'd be notified when it shipped. That notification never came. It's been over 2 weeks with zero communication. I've tried calling, emailing, and reaching out through other channels but gotten no responses. At first I thought the holiday delay made sense but this is ridiculous. For 500 dollars worth of merchandise to just disappear with no customer service help is unacceptable. This company needs to be accountable for what's happening here.

Ordered a Halloween costume in early October with bunny ears and a bodysuit. When it arrived I only got the bunny ears. The bodysuit was missing. Even after emailing to say my order came in, it still never showed up. Won't be ordering from here again. This company isn't reliable.

I've shopped here for over 15 years but my recent experience was completely different from anything I've had before. I ordered 4 items and received only 3, but they kept insisting I got everything. I know what I ordered. The missing piece was just a 10 dollar dress, so why would I lie about that? I've sent multiple emails and left voicemails asking for a refund but haven't heard back. The quality has really gone downhill too - everything feels cheap now and looks like knockoffs instead of original pieces. That's not what I used to get from this company. Once this gets resolved, I won't be ordering from them anymore. I used to love this place and told so many people about it, plus I spent good money there over the years. Not anymore.

This company used to be great. They had wonderful clothes and shoes with excellent quality. Now that's all changed. Over the last couple years everything has become cheap and fake feeling. The fit isn't consistent anymore either. Shipping is slower and costs more. They won't accept returns anymore so you're stuck with whatever you get. Emails go unanswered. Seems like they partnered with some overseas manufacturer. Honestly not worth spending money on anymore.
