Trying to figure out how to get ahold of customer service. Placed an order that says it didn't go through but they charged my card anyway.
I really enjoy shopping at this store. They carry everything for quality women's items including clothes, shoes, and accessories. The only downside is their app isn't working anymore.
Sent them multiple emails and got nothing back. I ordered my costume way ahead of time on purpose and can't even track what's happening with it. This feels like a sketchy operation. Nobody will get back to me about tracking and I can't reach customer service. Got one weird email from someone claiming my address was wrong, so I sent the correct one right away but heard nothing after that.

It's been over 2 weeks with zero communication. I've tried calling, emailing, and reaching out through other channels but gotten no responses. At first I thought the holiday delay made sense but this is ridiculous. For 500 dollars worth of merchandise to just disappear with no customer service help is unacceptable. This company needs to be accountable for what's happening here.
Ordered a Halloween costume in early October with bunny ears and a bodysuit. When it arrived I only got the bunny ears. The bodysuit was missing. Even after emailing to say my order came in, it still never showed up. Won't be ordering from here again. This company isn't reliable.

The fit isn't consistent anymore either. Shipping is slower and costs more. They won't accept returns anymore so you're stuck with whatever you get. Emails go unanswered. Seems like they partnered with some overseas manufacturer. Honestly not worth spending money on anymore.
