I've had nothing but great interactions with AMIRO's support staff. My device started acting up after several months of use, so I contacted them and they got back to me super fast. This was a total ripoff. I made a purchase and immediately got bombarded with invoice emails, but then my order just vanished without a trace. First time ordering from them and the products felt great when I used them. That said, there were some hiccups with getting the order placed - initially the shipping address wasn't available so we had to reroute it elsewhere, then when the mask got here there was a minor defect. I reached out via email and got a response from someone in customer service right away. What really impressed me was how quickly and generously they took care of things and fixed the issue. Even though those problems happened early on, I'm willing to keep trying their stuff because of how well they handled everything. Appreciate the support team. Getting an order canceled here is basically impossible unless you want to email them and hope they actually respond. The company draws you in with advertised deals but then charges you something completely different. Their whole approach feels sketchy and I can't recommend them. I tried canceling within the first quarter hour of placing my order when I saw the pricing was off. They got back to me pretty quick but only offered to give me a partial refund instead of actually canceling like I wanted. After I explained again that I wanted the order fully canceled rather than a price adjustment, they just stopped replying. They claim you can't change orders once they ship, but they won't even respond to cancellation requests that come in early. This company's practices feel dishonest, and I'm done with them. I'll update this if they ever actually follow through on what their website says about cancellations.
