Looking at all the other reviews out there, it's clear that regular customers aren't happy either, so customers aren't the only ones getting treated badly. Stay away from this brand. Amiro has some seriously shady practices and isn't worth anybody's effort.

Got my U1 back in July and now it's not working. AMIRO refuses to send me a replacement. I've tried contacting them tons of times and they've stopped getting back to me. Their live chat isn't even available during business hours. Seems like this company might be falling apart because they're clearly not taking care of their customers anymore.

Total letdown. Battery dies after just five hours even though the indicator says it's good. This whole thing is a complete waste of money!

The device works fine but it's not built to last. I paid over a thousand dollars and it quit working after just a year. I tried getting in touch with customer support and they basically said there's nothing they can do since the warranty ended - and mind you it was only expired by a little bit. They tried convincing me to buy another one by offering me a discount, but then wouldn't actually honor that deal. Their customer support was useless and the whole situation feels like a total scam.
