What Shoppers Say About Amore Beds
Amore Beds has received uniformly negative feedback from shoppers, with all reviews rating the store one star. Customers report serious durability issues with mattresses, including deep indentations and coil protrusion within 4 to 5 years of normal use. Multiple reviewers cite frustration with the warranty process, describing the company as unresponsive to legitimate claims and even suggesting customers purchase additional products rather than honoring coverage.
Beyond durability concerns, shoppers have reported quality control problems, with received mattresses not matching advertised descriptions or photos. Customers describe feeling misled about product quality, noting that the physical mattresses appear cheaper in construction than represented online. The combination of premature wear, ineffective warranty support, and quality discrepancies has left all reviewers dissatisfied with their purchases.

Sorted by: Most recentThis mattress and company have been a huge disappointment. I bought it less than 4 years ago and just from normal sleeping and getting in and out of bed, I've got a bad indentation that's split right through the wool covering. The coils are actually poking through in the area where I sit. I've been using pillows under my hips and rear to make it somewhat tolerable, but it's miserable. I have sleep apnea and really needed this bed to help, so I was thrilled when I paid over $1500 for it during the pandemic. I chose this company because I genuinely believed they stood behind their craftsmanship and warranty. Turns out the quality is terrible and their warranty promise is basically a lie. I've flipped this thing multiple times and the hole keeps getting worse. It's definitely way deeper than just the outer 2 inches they claim the warranty covers. The indentation is really severe when you lie down, much worse than it appears when you're not on it. It's frustrating how a company can treat customers like this when we trusted them.
Got our Amore bed just under 5 years back and it's started bunching up pretty badly. When I contacted their warranty team about it, they basically said it's just cosmetic wrinkles and won't do anything. They even suggested we buy another topper on top of the one we already got from them. Their warranty doesn't actually mean much. I'd recommend checking out other options before buying from here.
The product I received looks nothing like what was advertised, even though they claim it's identical. The side and top stitching patterns are completely different from the pictures. The overall quality feels way cheaper than expected and I'm not satisfied with the manufacturing. The mattress I ordered turned out to be a total letdown.
