In late December of 2016, I received cameras I'd ordered from AmScope, including five units worth about $160 each. When the package arrived, a UPS employee and I opened it together and discovered that two units were missing. We took photos and sent all the details to AmScope. Despite calling and emailing them many times, they weren't helpful or responsive. Eventually I had to contact PayPal to get my money back.
