What Shoppers Say About Annmarie Skin Care
Annmarie Skin Care receives mixed feedback from shoppers, with ratings split evenly between one, three, and five stars. Some customers praise the product quality, particularly the cleanser, which reviewers describe as rich, smooth, and pleasant-smelling. The brand's natural ingredient positioning appeals to those disappointed by mainstream skincare alternatives. However, customer service issues present a significant concern; at least one shopper reported being charged without authorization after attempting to cancel a cart, with an unresolved follow-up to customer service complaints.
The trial starter set appears to be a popular entry point at a low price point, though customers note the sample sizes are quite small. While some purchasers express satisfaction with product performance, the transaction and service handling problems suggest the company needs to improve its checkout process and customer support responsiveness to build stronger customer confidence.

Sorted by: Most recentNot Recommending This Company. I was browsing their site and had something in my cart that I wanted to review before buying. When I clicked what I thought was the cancel button, it somehow went through and charged me on Christmas Day without my permission. I reached out to customer service immediately to explain what happened and ask them to stop the order. They replied the next morning saying the transaction was already complete and couldn't be reversed. Their solution was pretty useless, basically telling me I could refuse delivery or send it back through UPS myself. The kicker is that it's not even supposed to arrive until mid January. They offered zero actual help or solutions. This definitely could have been canceled right away if they cared. Who wants to accidentally drop seventy bucks on a cleanser, you know? To make matters worse, I had a promotional code ready to use that would have helped, but the website glitched. I can't recommend this company. The whole experience felt sketchy and their prices are way too high for what you get.
Following Up on My First Experience. This is an update to my earlier review about trying their starter set. The trial package arrived and honestly, I'm satisfied I only paid ten dollars for it. The sizes are seriously small. The cleanser absolutely won me over though. It came in a pump bottle, smelled amazing, felt rich and smooth, and didn't leave my skin feeling tight or stripped. That cleanser deserves a full five stars. The serum was in a little squeeze bottle and was just okay. It didn't have as nice of a scent and it started to flake once it dried. The texture felt nice on my face and wasn't tacky, but it didn't soak in all the way. The facial oil sample had an earthy, woodsy aroma but was pretty sticky and a hassle to dispense from the bottle. Appreciate the opportunity to try everything out.
Getting Started with This Brand. I stumbled across this company while searching online and was impressed by their claims of being all natural with thousands of satisfied customers. Since I've been let down repeatedly by other skincare brands in the past, I decided to give them a shot. My main frustrations with previous products have been things like sitting on top of my skin without absorbing, developing a rancid smell, forming those awful little balls when applied, or feeling watered down. When I mentioned my concerns, they responded with a generous discount code for their starter set including aloe cleanser, serum, and facial oil. I haven't received the products yet, but I plan to update once I've had a chance to test everything out. What's already sold me on this company is how much free guidance they offer for DIY skincare treatments at home. Beyond that, they really push the importance of staying hydrated, staying active, and eating well. I appreciate that they're not making crazy claims about turning back the clock, just helping you achieve genuinely healthy skin. I wanted to leave this review early because if their products live up to the hype, people who are skeptical like I was will have proof that the company actually delivers. It's tough to spend your money on something when there aren't any real customer reviews out there besides what the company puts up themselves. Annmarie, thanks for making me feel optimistic about aging well and putting my best foot forward.
