Ordered two pairs on July 4th and received just one pair on July 23rd with zero explanation about the missing pair. Sent an online inquiry that went completely ignored. Finally reached someone by phone on July 26th after multiple attempts; they told me the second pair was on backorder and would ship August 1st. It didn't. Called back August 12th and was informed the shoes just arrived and would definitely ship August 13th. Nope. Called yet again on August 23rd and was assured shipment would happen that week. Didn't happen. On August 31st, another call revealed the order had been cancelled without my authorization. When I asked who cancelled it and if I'd get my money back, I was promised a callback that never came. Getting customer service has been nearly impossible. Online messages get ignored, and their phone system puts you on hold for three minutes before asking you to leave a message or disconnecting. Every call requires multiple attempts just to reach an actual human. Something has definitely changed with this company. The one pair I did get is noticeably lower quality than my previous purchases from them.
Zero stars. I sent back my return on April 15th and still no refund credit. I will absolutely never buy from this company again.
