All I got was one email saying they're looking into it with the postal service, but nothing since then. I've sent multiple emails requesting a full refund and they're completely ignoring me. I will never shop with them again. Really disappointed.
The products themselves look good, but there's a major limitation with this company. They won't let you ship anything to a different address than the one tied to your payment method. If you're ordering for coworkers or teammates to have sent somewhere else, you're out of luck because they'll block the order as suspicious. This policy is pretty frustrating for bulk orders.
I paid for my order on September 20th, and it's been nothing but a headache trying to get any answers. No response to my order inquiries whatsoever. The amount was around 48 pounds plus taxes. How am I supposed to contact support? I'm about ready to dispute this with my credit card company. The customer service here is absolutely terrible.

Everything I ordered arrived as expected, and I'd definitely shop here again.
