I placed an order almost two weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped out. The website promised 6 to 8 business days for delivery, which turned out to be completely false. If I'd known how slow they actually are, I never would've placed this order in the first place. After I reached out, customer service said I'm looking at 11 to 14 days instead. They really need to fix their website so people know the truth about how long everything takes. As someone who usually spends a decent amount on clothing, I won't be ordering from them again.
Be aware of their shipping fees. You get free shipping when you buy, but if you return something you're paying shipping both ways, plus a $9 fee just for their return label. I sent back a $115 item and only got $86 back. Their customer service wasn't helpful when I called about it either.
