Apple Vacations Reviews
What Shoppers Say About Apple Vacations
Apple Vacations receives overwhelmingly negative feedback from customers, with 1.5 out of 5 based on 24 reviews. The most common complaints involve refund delays (customers waiting over a month without clarity on when money will be returned), poor customer support that lacks problem-solving ability, unresponsive follow-up from representatives, and inability to assist with flight changes or modifications. Additional serious concerns include customers being charged significantly higher rates for replacement flights after cancellations, lack of communication about property issues before arrival, and inadequate resort safety and management oversight for incidents occurring during stays.
Very few customers report satisfaction with Apple Vacations. The rare positive experiences appear minimal compared to the volume of complaints about refunds, support responsiveness, pricing practices, and resort quality control. Shoppers consistently indicate they would not use the company again and recommend booking directly with airlines and hotels to maintain control over changes and have recourse if problems arise.

Sorted by: Most recentFantastic service and support. We made our reservation well in advance and purchased their insurance like I always do. We were watching the weather for our destination and knew it would be terrible all week. Fourteen days out I called asking to switch to a different resort instead. The representative was super helpful with the change. The new resort cost a bit more but it was worth it for perfect weather. Everything was seamless. We've been loyal customers for eight years with zero problems. Really grateful for what they do.
Excellent experience from start to finish. We booked many months ahead and I always get their insurance. We were tracking the weather at our resort location and it looked like it was going to be bad the whole week. So I called with two weeks notice asking to change to a completely different resort. The customer service rep was really helpful and got it done. The new place I picked was a little pricier but totally worth it for better weather. Everything went perfectly. We've been using them for the last eight years and have never had any problems. Really appreciate their service.
Really poor service and completely different from what we were promised or paid for. Don't book with them. Super disappointed from start to finish. The shuttle situation to and from the resort was problematic and the representative on site made it obvious he couldn't care less and offered no help. They promised me a private car transfer and I paid for it but that's not what showed up. I'm just glad I got any shuttle ride back to the airport honestly. This company shouldn't be allowed to operate like this.
Their website is slow and buggy with errors and photos that don't match the properties, plus the pricing looks fake. I called three different times on three separate occasions and every sales rep was rude, dismissive and disrespectful. If that's how they treat you before getting your money imagine how they'll be after. You can get treated poorly for free anywhere, but these guys want payment for it. Look for other travel sites that actually show you respect.
