The actual product is fine, but avoid signing up for their membership program because getting out of it is a nightmare and I'm still waiting for my return to be processed so I can get my money back. They push tons of stuff on you and barely let you skip orders in your subscription.

What a letdown. I placed an order for a couple things and got both an order confirmation and shipping confirmation, but then... silence. Three weeks pass and suddenly I'm getting asked to review items that never showed up at my door. I tried contacting their customer service team over a week ago but still haven't heard back from anyone.

I bought something and it never arrived. They didn't send a shipping confirmation or really any kind of notification, so I had no idea if my order even went through. Then a month later I noticed my credit card got charged and looked at their site to find they'd already marked the whole thing as delivered weeks ago. I never got anything. When I reached out to them, they said they couldn't do anything about it since I hadn't called within a day or two of the supposed delivery, even though they never told me it was supposedly being delivered in the first place. They're keeping the $90 and that's completely unfair. This place runs a shady operation.

These folks operate in a really questionable way. I cancelled my subscription over a year ago because the product wasn't working for me, and out of nowhere they ship me something new because I apparently missed an email from yesterday saying my next order was being prepared! How is that possible when I turned off my subscription way more than a year ago? I went back into my account and realized you have to click through SO many screens just to cancel, and I guess I didn't click through all of them! That's deliberately dishonest if you ask me. I'm reporting this charge as fraud on my card. To actually cancel, it looks like you need to delete your whole account. Looking at the comments, I'm definitely not the only person upset about this. On top of it all, you can't even remove your payment method from the site - I get some message blaming Shopify and saying it's not their fault - and you can't delete your account either! This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, especially for a product that doesn't even work.

After using it for four months without seeing much improvement on the grey in my temples, I decided to cancel. No problem - I knew going in that results vary from person to person. Unfortunately, that's when the headaches started. There's no cancel button on their website, which means you have to email their support team. I sent an email asking to cancel, and it took a lot of back and forth before they actually did it. In the meantime, they sent me another bottle that they refused to let me return because it didn't meet their terms. Apparently I needed to have used the product on my whole head for four months to qualify for their guarantee, even though I only have grey hairs at my temples and that wouldn't make sense. Once they finally turned off my subscription, they still wouldn't let me send back the unopened bottle.

Not a fan of their Wait A Sec Dry Shampoo at all, and I'm frustrated with their whole business model that forces you into subscriptions instead of letting you just buy something once. I had to email customer support just to get my subscription turned off. It never occurred to me I could return it since they don't mention that anywhere, and only after poking around for a month did I discover there's supposedly a 15 day window. The dry shampoo itself is useless on greasy hair. Since returning it wasn't an option, it's going straight in the trash so I can fit something that actually works in my medicine cabinet, and honestly I'm pretty upset about the whole situation with this company. There are way too many steps involved and they seem to deliberately keep information from you to stop people from asking for returns. What I really want is my $30 back and to never see this product again.
