The customer service here is absolutely horrible. They're straight up refusing to send me a return label, blaming something beyond their control, which is completely false and just an excuse to keep me from getting a refund on my broken headset that stopped working after only seven months. The staff member I dealt with was rude and unprofessional. This company and their products should be avoided completely.
