I called support and actually got through to the manager. Asked if she could contact the carrier to redirect my package, which I knew they could do if they made the request. She told me there was nothing they could do and basically refused to pick up the phone for me. I had plans to buy two more for my kids but after this I'm never ordering from them again.

Total scam website. Don't order from Astro Gaming!!!!

The customer service here is absolutely horrible. They're straight up refusing to send me a return label, blaming something beyond their control, which is completely false and just an excuse to keep me from getting a refund on my broken headset that stopped working after only seven months. The staff member I dealt with was rude and unprofessional. This company and their products should be avoided completely.

Definitely not worth the money. I paid for two day shipping on my headset and it's been three weeks with zero response from Astro despite sending out ten different emails. The tracking just says it's on the way but never updates with actual location info. I'm seriously considering ordering from someone else and just destroying these when they finally show up.

Got an A10 headset and ran into trouble with the cable. Reached out to their support team and they were quick to confirm they'd send me a replacement cable. Had it delivered to my place in about a week, even during that rough period. Really great experience and fantastic customer service from them.

The shipping costs on this site are absolutely ridiculous. I needed an inline mute cable for my A40 and it was only about ten bucks. Then they slap an extra ten dollars just to ship a single wire? That's a complete scam, even for standard delivery. They really need to fix their pricing.

I got my headset from them several years back, so my opinion might be a bit dated, but I think it's still worth sharing. I've had the same headset for roughly six years now and still use it regularly. The build quality has been solid overall and the mix amp continues to work fine. The microphone did eventually give me issues with cutouts and strange noises, so I just disconnected it and use a separate mic instead. When I contacted them about issues with my cable and microphone, they replaced both of them without any problems. I have the Astro A40s and would absolutely recommend them to any gamer out there.
