A small section of stitching started coming loose, so I emailed about repairs 11 days ago. All I needed was a simple yes or no answer. I've sent 4 emails and made 2 calls with zero responses, even though they claim 24 to 48 hour turnarounds. The best I got was "we're looking into it." When I asked if I should wait, they basically said maybe in a few more days someone would respond. Still nothing. I spent $320 on these as someone who actually uses quality gear, but you've lost me as a repeat customer. The terrible support really hurts what could be a great brand. Pretty let down overall.
The sizing is all over the place. I've had the same style in size 8 fit perfectly one time and then need an 8.5 or 9 the next time. This has happened to me multiple times, and my household has gone through quite a few pairs. Your quality control clearly needs work, and honestly, we're done ordering from you because of it.
Really frustrated with their customer service. They ignore emails sent to their support address, yet somehow they have no trouble blasting promotional emails to that same inbox.
Really disappointed with my purchase. The return process takes forever while they supposedly review everything. They're nowhere near as busy as Nike or Adidas, so there's no excuse. Other stores get my refunds to me much faster. Since there's no store nearby where I could test these first, I sent them back the day after they arrived. The shoe just didn't live up to all the hype from celebrities and influencers. They weren't nearly as comfortable as everyone claims.
