Watch out! The checkout process here is sketchy. They bombard you with flashing discount popups and promotional banners that make it hard to see what you're actually paying. I double and triple checked my cart total before hitting purchase, but somehow the final charge ended up being significantly more than the prices I'd verified. It feels intentional. The pricing tactics at this company are definitely questionable and I'd be careful if you shop here.

Terrible Customer Service Experience and No Real Resolution I've shopped with SHEIN many times in the past, but my last experience was awful. I received an order that had serious problems including incorrect sizes and poor construction. I reached out to customer service right away with all the information and photos they asked for, but the process to fix it has been a complete mess. Over a week has gone by now and I'm still stuck with broken items. Every time I follow up, they tell me to wait another day, and it goes in circles with different agents who don't seem to know what's happening. This customer service is unacceptable. I wanted a quick fix, especially since I did everything right by providing details immediately. Instead I got passed around, ignored, and frustrated. I'm considering filing a complaint with consumer protection agencies because nothing has been resolved. SHEIN needs to actually listen to customers and handle issues faster. This whole thing has wasted so much of my time.

Manage your expectations here. With their pricing, I know quality won't be luxury level. Most items I grab for my kid are just meant to be cute or trendy, and honestly they usually deliver on that. I've had some pleasant surprises and some that were just average. Shipping has never been an issue. That said, I shouldn't be misled about what I'm buying. I ordered a sweater that was listed as mohair throughout the entire product description since I appreciate how lightweight mohair is. When it showed up, it felt heavy and scratchy. The tag said 65% polyester, 30% cotton and 5% spandex, which doesn't match the description at all. Polyester tends to irritate my skin, so this ended up being wasted cash.

So glad I found this store! I've made three purchases now and everything has gone smoothly. My orders arrived with multiple different items all in one package, which was convenient. They mention that packages get sanitized for health reasons and I'm confident that's true. The shipments do spend a few days at different international checkpoints before reaching me, but honestly during times like these that's totally understandable. One thing I really appreciate is how carefully they package everything - there are bags inside bags inside bags. What makes me keep coming back is the selection and the prices. You can grab something stylish, quirky, comfortable or elegant without breaking the bank. Between dresses, a beach cover up, some jewelry, fun socks, various bags, area rugs and throw pillow covers for myself and family gifts, I've gotten some great pieces. Definitely shopping here again.
