What Shoppers Say About BaBylissPRO
BaBylissPRO products are receiving overwhelmingly negative feedback from shoppers, with 14 reviews averaging 1.1 out of 5. The most consistent complaints center on product quality and durability: customers report items arriving used or defective, tools failing after minimal use (flat irons after a few uses, blow dryers overheating, clippers shorting out), and overall poor performance even on new purchases. Beyond product issues, shoppers cite serious customer service failures, including unresponsive email support, refusal to acknowledge problems, rude phone representatives, and difficult return processes. Several reviewers mention items arriving without proper packaging, warnings, or documentation.
The few shoppers who initially liked their purchases found that satisfaction was short-lived, with products malfunctioning quickly or consistently underperforming relative to their cost (ranging from $180 to $400+ per item or order). Unresponsive customer service appears to compound frustration when issues do arise. No recent reviews highlight positive experiences, and multiple shoppers express they cannot recommend BaBylissPRO products based on their experiences with both product reliability and customer support.

Sorted by: Most recentI have problems with 2 Babyliss Pro clippers and their customer service is basically nonexistent. I filled out the form on their website and got an automated message saying I'd hear back within 3 business days. Five days passed with nothing. I've also called their 800 number 7 different times with hold times ranging from 40 minutes to over an hour and 45 minutes, and never got a return call. I'm still trying to get through. The company's customer service is extremely unresponsive and honestly it feels like they don't care.
The customer service is completely unresponsive across all channels. I've been dealing with this for half a year now and it's just been one runaround after another. They keep telling me to contact different branches, try social media, but nobody ever responds. All I need is them to honor the warranty on my cord that snapped. One recommendation: stick with WAHL instead.
Worst company I've ever worked with. I've gone through 3 of their FXRG clippers at $200 each, and every single one stopped working within a few months. The motor and battery just die. When I tried dealing with customer service about the warranty, it was a hassle to get replacements. Their warranty is weak and the brand itself is unreliable. WAHL is the way to go.
