I never even got to try the actual product because my order never made it to me. I've been trying to contact their customer service team through multiple ways, but nothing has worked out. No one answers the phone, emails don't get helpful responses, and the chat bot just sends you to fill out a form without even telling you when someone might get back to you. Before ordering, I'd suggest checking out other companies since there are lots of complaints about shipping problems, and this place doesn't seem equipped to fix those kinds of issues.

Got these as a gift but the shipping took longer than expected. Even though their site says they should be fine by the time they arrive, something was off. The cupcakes cost way too much for how small they are, basically the size of popcorn. Plus they're packed with artificial stuff like dyes and colorings. I'm not someone who gets sick easily but these did a number on me. Would never eat them again and don't recommend them to anyone.

My order arrived right on schedule and that real-time tracking feature was awesome! I had them sent to my daughter for her birthday in North Carolina and she said they tasted delicious. I'd definitely order from them again and would suggest others do the same.

Great experience ordering these treats! They showed up right when they were supposed to, and I really appreciated being able to track everything in real time. My daughter got them for her birthday and absolutely loved how tasty they were. Would order again without hesitation.

These cupcakes are both delicious and fun, plus the customer service experience was fantastic. I ordered a big batch to celebrate with my son and daughter-in-law and had them shipped to my sister's house. Unfortunately, the day they arrived, her home got hit with severe storms and torrential wind that knocked down massive trees onto her roof and completely damaged the package. I contacted them through their chat the next day and they immediately stepped up to help, sending out a fresh replacement order to my niece instead. Everyone still got to enjoy those tasty cupcakes at our celebration a few days later. Really appreciate how they handled this difficult situation.

What's great about these bite-sized cupcakes is you can try multiple flavors.

Something went wrong with my order. I thought I was adding macarons for an extra $18 to my cupcake order, but the system ended up switching my entire order to just macarons instead of cupcakes. I ended up paying $80 for 25 mini macarons when that wasn't what I wanted at all. That's way too expensive for what I got. I won't be ordering from them again.
