Support's answer to everything is filing a claim, but the claim keeps failing because the shipment doesn't have proper documentation on their end. I've been through dozens of chat sessions getting the same unhelpful response. They said they'd fix it so I could file again, but after three attempts it's still not working. A company should have a team checking on deliveries and fixing their own mistakes instead of making customers spend hours trying to recover their money. Everyone makes mistakes, but the way this has been handled is really disappointing.
