Sorted by: Most recentI've ordered from Basic Invite twice, and while their actual products are solid with nice quality and pretty designs, their shipping and customer service leave a lot to be desired. On my first order for wedding save-the-dates, they somehow mixed in another couple's wedding invitations with my package. The other couple's stuff was totally different from ours in every way - different city, different designs, actual invitations versus our save-the-dates. I had to call them immediately because I felt bad for the other couple getting delayed. After that, I tried ordering again with cancellation announcements for our destination wedding, and we needed those out fast since guests needed to know. Even with rush shipping on both orders, it took two weeks total to get the announcements. The company kept promising things wouldn't take long, but they definitely did. The products themselves are good enough that I was willing to try again, but honestly they're just too unreliable for us to work with them going forward.
