Placed an order in early June and it still hasn't shipped. No refund either. They take forever to get back to you. When I bought it, the site said delivery was supposed to happen in 5 to 6 business days, but they only just created a tracking number recently. They told me the package was already sent and that the tracking info would show up in a couple of days. Spoiler alert, it didn't. At this point I don't even want the stuff anymore, I just want my money back. They promised to cancel everything and refund me in full but that never happened. This is an awful experience with such a pricey brand. It's now mid-July and I'm still waiting for PayPal to hear back from them. The tracking number they sent to PayPal was literally just created at the beginning of June. They seem to think this is fine. They don't see what the problem is. Seriously, don't waste your time or cash on this place.

I ordered a swimsuit and matching cover up over six weeks ago and it never showed up at my door. I paid extra for standard shipping too. Nothing on the website said anything about items being out of stock. I tried emailing them twice asking for a refund since they couldn't tell me when it would arrive, but they never responded. This whole experience has been disappointing. Shop somewhere else if you actually want to receive what you buy.
