Disappointing customer service. I ordered a platform bed with a king mattress but they shipped the wrong items including queen-sized pillows and a queen mattress protector. I've sent multiple emails, made phone calls with voicemails, and their chat feature is disabled with instructions to email instead, but they don't reply. It's frustrating dealing with a company that won't respond to anything, especially when they messed up your order. I'll have to dispute it with my credit card and let them sort it out.

I've had a bear mattress for about four years and the quality has really gone downhill. The cover material is deteriorating with loose threads and rips developing on the sides and bottom even with gentle use. The middle and edges are sagging and won't spring back. My biggest complaint though is their customer service. Over the course of a year and a half, I tried texting, emailing, and calling about the issues. Around six months in they finally responded saying they'd mail a replacement cover but then ignored everything else. Two years later I've reached out four more times through various channels and they keep promising to send another cover, claiming the first got lost, but nothing arrives. At this point I've given up. I'm replacing this mattress and will look elsewhere for something better. After your purchase, they don't care about you anymore unless you're buying again. There are plenty of other companies out there with better service and product quality.
