FOLLOW UP ON MY BEARPAW PURCHASE! After two years my original pair got a hole in the heel area. Underneath what looks like a solid rubber sole there's actually a plastic mesh that was allowing water to seep inside. I looked everywhere for a repair solution but couldn't find anything, so I contacted the company. They offered me a 40 percent discount on a new purchase! I jumped at it and managed to get two pairs I've been wanting for just $79 with free shipping included. I selected the short BOO in charcoal with long wool lining and the tall KENDALL in Hickory with sheepskin trim around the ankle and sides. Both pairs are amazing and cost only $79 together! As for my original boots I fixed them myself. I bought some adhesive heel pads online for just two dollars, filled the hole with shoe repair compound, sealed everything with glue, and they came back to life. Since then I've worn them through snow and rain on long walks and they stay completely sealed just like they did originally. My advice: always use a waterproof spray on your boots when you get them.

I also managed to fix my original pair. I picked up some stick-on heel protectors online for a couple bucks, filled the hole with shoe repair glue, sealed the edges with superglue, and now they're as good as new. I've worn the repaired boots in snow and rain on long walks and they stay sealed tight just like the original sole. Pro tip: apply waterproof treatment to your boots when you get them!

I'm done with this brand for good. The customer service experience was absolutely terrible. I spent over a week going back and forth about some slippers that started fraying and falling apart just two months after I got them. I sent detailed pictures from every angle to their support team. These were a gift from my mother who's on a limited budget, and this was their response: they wouldn't verify the purchase or replace them for what they called normal wear and tear, but they'd throw in a 20% discount code I could use to buy something else. That's not how you take care of loyal customers.

I needed to cancel my order within 24 hours before it shipped. They told me the item hadn't even been picked yet but refused to cancel it or give me a refund anyway.

The boot height is really nice, but the interior and bottom need major work. My feet end up soaking wet and the inside lining keeps sliding around. When I called the company they said these boots weren't made for extended water exposure, but they market them as winter boots that are waterproof. That makes no sense for something that costs over a hundred dollars and is supposed to last a year.

Paid 59 dollars for men's slippers and they fell apart after three months when the soles came unglued. Not worth your money at all. You can grab cheap slippers at a big box store for a quarter of the price and they'll actually last longer.

Picked up a pair of men's winter boots and right away the product quality is poor. Two of the metal shoelace eyelets fell off in the first season and now I can't get the laces tight enough. The construction is sloppy and the sole material feels cheap and flimsy. These boots are using low quality materials throughout and should honestly be priced around twenty bucks or marked as temporary boots that won't last more than a season. Steer clear of this brand.

Don't order from this place. Their system changes sizes without your input and they won't fix it. When you ask them to correct it they refuse. Companies like this that treat customers this way shouldn't be allowed to operate.
