It's honestly shocking what you get for the price. I picked up the Glacier 3.0 which is marketed for bigger people who sleep on their side. I fit both those descriptions and it was like sleeping on a pancake. It feels nice when you first touch it but after one night it just flattened out completely. Don't waste your money on this pillow, there are better options out there.

Seriously, stay away from this place. I bought two pillows and a sheet set and have had nothing but problems. The sheets are terrible and constantly snag and pill. The pillows were huge when they arrived, way too tall for normal sleeping. I've been trying to return them for weeks now. They won't provide a shipping label and want me to pay $34 out of pocket to send stuff back, even though their description was wrong. I've even sent pictures comparing the pillows from different months showing how different they look. They're asking me to cover shipping to their warranty office and then shipping back to me. Don't waste your money on their stuff.

A few years back I got a Bedgear pillow and absolutely loved it. Now that it's time for a replacement, I called them this morning to find the right pillow for me. The team was fantastic to work with. The rep I spoke with, Fredy, was super knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me pick out exactly what I needed. I'm already excited to get my new pillow. I'd definitely tell anyone looking to buy from them that this company is top notch both on products and customer support.
