I grabbed their PP leggings for $80 from this site, and literally the next day after they showed up, I spotted the identical pair on Target's website marked down to just $35. I reached out to their customer service team asking whether they'd match that price difference. Not a chance. Money's tight right now so that really stung. On top of that, they slap you with a $6 charge if you need to send something back. I think they need to seriously upgrade their customer service game and start offering prices that are actually competitive with what's available elsewhere online. My honest take: skip ordering straight from their website like I did. Go somewhere else instead where you'll actually find good deals, coupon codes, and hassle-free returns. That whole experience left me pretty frustrated, and I won't be coming back here.
