First time they sent me a broken electric blanket and would only refund it if I paid to ship the heavy thing back myself. Now they're refusing to make any changes to an order I placed yesterday even though it hasn't shipped yet and has no tracking number. There's no reason they couldn't help me out since nothing's been sent. I've been burned twice, and that's enough. If you're thinking about buying from them, just know what you're getting into with their service, even though the product itself is great.
