Sorted by: Most recentBought something online and after 2 weeks called to check on it. They said it already shipped a week before but tracking just showed a label was made. Sent them an email about the tracking and got back that they can't control anything once the carrier picks it up. But tracking still said it was never picked up at all. Emailed again and got the exact same message copied and pasted. Their customer service stinks. Still waiting but if it doesn't arrive soon I'm calling my card company to reverse the charge. Would not recommend this company. Their practices seem shady.
I've been a loyal customer for years and didn't have problems until this one order. Placed it but got charged a different amount than what I agreed to at checkout. Got an email saying they did this but no explanation. So I looked into it with my payment processor. Turns out they started a dispute without me asking them to. I didn't even know about it. But this company cancelled everything. Tried to reach out and clear things up and got met with a mean employee and then a rude manager. Neither one would give me a straight answer or explain anything. Still don't know what the charge issue even was. Contacted my payment processor again and they said the company refused to explain the difference. Tried calling back but got no response through chat or message. The whole thing was awful and felt hostile and stressful. Now I can't even place orders anymore. Nobody explained why or when I'd be able to buy again.
Absolutely no real customer service here. They say free shipping takes 7 to 9 days. Tried placing two orders and the first took 22 days. Still waiting on the second one after 23 days go by. When I reach out to them there's nothing they can do. They claim once it leaves their place it's no longer their problem. Won't be ordering from them again. Got several different dog treats from this place. One of my pups ended up cracking a tooth and the pulp is exposed. Our vet wants us to see a specialist about possibly getting a root canal. These treats just aren't safe at all and honestly should be taken off the market. Lucky for my dogs that I brush their teeth and check their mouths all the time. I feel bad for pets whose owners don't do that because they could end up with broken or cracked teeth from these treats. That can cause infections and could end up being really expensive or worse for the animal.
I've been buying the 4-inch bully sticks from this company for around 5 years now. Just placed an order for three bags and every single one is super thin. They look like little sticks basically. The product description does mention thickness can differ, but in all my previous orders I'd get a good mix of regular ones with just a handful that were thin or thick. I've called them multiple times about this and they keep saying thickness isn't guaranteed. Fine, I understand that, but reasonably you'd think you'd still get mostly standard ones mixed with some outliers like always before. At this point it seems like they're just sending out the absolute lowest quality stuff they can. Super let down and will be shopping for bully sticks somewhere else moving forward.
They suck you into a subscription for the lowest price. And the prices are crazy high. I go on their site to cancel it. No account set up so I can't do it online. The subscription doesn't even connect to an account. If they said when signing up that you'd have to call them to end it, it was buried in the terms. No online cancellation option. When I called, the person was mean and dismissive. Like she was trying to put me in my place when I tried to ask something during her script. Wouldn't let me talk, said I needed to wait till she was done. Really? I just wanted to stop the subscription.

The jumbo size costs way too much these days and how come they stopped checking that the sizes stay consistent? I always grab the jumbo option with 25 sticks and after some time they started mixing up sizes. I kept buying it hoping it would improve but nope. Also why can't people see my feedback on their site? All I see are 5 star ones. Their listing claims 4.9 stars based on 738 Reviews.
The actual product is really good, but I recently got an Amazon shipment with a metal hook inside the bag. Reached out to them because I just wanted them to send a replacement. They said they would, but then a few days later backed out saying they couldn't because Amazon delivered it. But Amazon didn't package it.
