What Shoppers Say About Biaggi
Biaggi shoppers report serious quality and durability issues with luggage and bags. Multiple reviewers experienced broken handles, wheels that malfunction under normal use, and expanding bags that fail immediately. Beyond product defects, customers describe a frustrating customer service experience marked by unresponsive communication channels (slow email responses, lack of phone support), shipping problems where packages are held or sent to wrong addresses, and difficulty obtaining refunds or replacements. One long-term customer noted that packing cubes were the only worthwhile purchase, suggesting inconsistent quality across the product line.
A small percentage of shoppers gave positive ratings, though the recent review data does not provide details on what drove their satisfaction. The overwhelming majority of feedback centers on durability failures, poor handling of complaints and returns, and what customers describe as unresponsive or unhelpful support staff when issues arise.

Sorted by: Most recentThe expanding luggage broke right away when I first used it. They claim there's some kind of warranty, so I requested a replacement. They said they sent one but it went to a completely different state. When I told them that wasn't my address and never has been, they just said there's nothing they can do since it already shipped. The bag is pricey, so this feels like a total scam. Plus, the expanded bag tips over constantly when it's full of clothes. Rolling it is way harder than their videos make it look - the wheels are positioned too far toward the middle, which is why it falls over so easily. The concept could work but the execution is awful. Good luck getting them to replace anything when it breaks.
Reached out on social media because the company won't respond to emails or offer any kind of solution. Followed their guidelines carefully, but this luggage just doesn't work right. Took it on a business trip and it was a total disaster - constantly tipping over on sidewalks, making it impossible to use. Had to buy a replacement bag just to finish my trip. Asked about returning it but they won't budge because the wheels have marks from being used. This ruined my entire travel experience and I can't even use it now. Wish I could get some kind of resolution.
I've been using Biaggi for nearly five years and done about seven or eight major trips with it. On the very first trip, one of the handles broke and I couldn't use that pocket anymore. The packing cubes are honestly the only thing worth buying - everything else is disappointing. When you actually put stuff in the bag, the wheels either won't turn or barely move, so you're basically dragging it everywhere and it takes all your strength just to get it rolling. I've decided to move on to something else.
Biaggi put a hold on my return package delivery with the shipping company even though my refund was already approved. Between November 6th and 7th, I got two notifications about delivery problems. First one said Biaggi requested a hold, then the second said delivery failed because no one was there to accept it. I emailed customer service about this suspicious situation but haven't heard back yet. Update: They finally responded saying the return facility wasn't working because of an airplane incident that week. I asked if the shipping company knew about this and offered to contact them myself, still waiting to hear back.
Spent almost 60 dollars on products but the postal service had to return them because I wasn't home when they arrived. I still haven't gotten my refund. I've emailed the company multiple times but they take forever to respond and just keep making excuses. I'm considering getting legal help. Stay away from this company.
Got delivered a purse that was cheap looking and came in the wrong color. Really disappointed with the quality.
I like that they're lightweight and pack down small, but they tip over constantly which is a massive problem. The wheels are positioned toward the middle to make them fold, so any weight on the sides causes them to fall over. If they weren't designed to pack, you could move the wheels out and fix this issue. My daughter tried mine and complained about the same tipping problem. Another issue is how incredibly hard it is to flip them from bag to cube mode - it's so tight and stiff that it took me thirty minutes of wrestling with it and my hands hurt. Putting it back was another fifteen minutes of hard work. I had to leverage each corner against a counter and push really hard. The sides are so tight I can't even get the zipper around. I bought another one and I'm sending it back.
Don't buy from this company. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. I ordered well in advance of a trip and it never arrived. When I tried asking why, they wouldn't give me any answers and just didn't seem to care at all. The whole experience was a nightmare.
Had complained about shipping delays before but my package finally arrived, and thankfully there were no customs issues. The quality seems pretty decent overall, though I'm a bit concerned about how tough things like the zippers really are. Time will tell once I actually travel with it.
Bought a Biaggi carry-on for a six-week trip and it was the worst carry-on experience I've had in six decades of travel. The bag is so unbalanced that it falls over on its own, and the wheels are completely useless so I had to carry it by hand the whole time. Biaggi did eventually respond to my multiple emails and provided a return label, which I appreciated.
