Would've given a perfect rating except the packaging was way over the top. I ordered some tubular tape and got back a huge cardboard box that was then wrapped in plastic and stuffed with bubble wrap. That's four layers of wrapping for one item! There's got to be a better way when we're all trying to use less stuff and cut down on waste.

Better than anticipated when ordering internationally. They kept me in the loop during the entire shipping timeline and I ended up with no extra charges to pay since the order value didn't trigger duties. Will shop here again for sure.
