What Shoppers Say About Billini
Billini is rated 1.2 out of 5 by 5 shoppers, with the vast majority expressing serious dissatisfaction. The primary complaints center on inconsistent and restrictive return policies that heavily disadvantage in-store shoppers. Reviewers report that items purchased in physical stores are refused for refund even when returned unworn within days, while the same items would qualify for returns if purchased online. Additional frustrations include dismissive customer service and hidden fees for international orders, particularly shipping-related charges from a US distribution center that are not disclosed upfront.
No positive aspects of the store emerge from available reviews. Shoppers consistently recommend avoiding Billini due to the unfair treatment of in-store customers, the discrepancy between online and in-store return policies, and the lack of transparency around additional costs. The combination of poor service experience and perceived scams around refunds has led multiple reviewers to actively warn others against shopping at the retailer.

Sorted by: Most recentBoth the shoes and customer service left a lot to be desired, honestly wouldn't suggest them. Plenty of other shoe companies out there that are way better. Fair warning though - their advertised 30-day return window is misleading because that only applies to online purchases. In-store buyers get treated differently and it feels like a major scam to me.
Their refund policy is really weak, especially for brand new items still in the box. I purchased something and returned it four days later completely untouched and they flat out refused to refund me. That's a terrible practice. On top of that, the employee who helped me was pretty dismissive and didn't seem to care one bit.
Can't believe they denied my full refund for sandals that I bought Friday and returned Sunday without ever wearing them. The staff at the location told me straight up that if I'd ordered online instead, I would have gotten my money back no problem. Absolutely unacceptable experience and I've already warned plenty of people about how they treat customers. Don't shop here if you value fair return policies.
Seriously disappointed with their in-store return policy. Why would a physical store turn down refunds when you have your receipt in hand? They'll happily process returns for online buyers but completely shut you down if you bought something in the store. This is honestly ridiculous and I won't be coming back.
Beware of hidden charges when ordering from this shoe and accessories retailer. They claim to be Australian but if you're in Canada ordering from their US distribution center, prepare yourself for shocking additional fees that aren't made clear upfront. Fedex tacks on a clearing charge after you already paid shipping, plus there's duties, taxes buried in the fine print, and extra tariffs for cross-border delivery. I ordered shoes that were listed at ninety dollars but ended up paying over one hundred fifty total by the time everything arrived. That's basically fifty percent markup on top of your original purchase and shipping. Total ripoff and I should have researched this better beforehand.
