I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. My first hair dryer arrived defective, shooting sparks from the nozzle that nearly ignited my hair. After returning it, the replacement unit failed with the high and medium settings no longer functioning. When I tried to send back the faulty dryer, they refused to provide a prepaid label and wanted me to cover shipping costs. This company lost my trust completely over their refusal to take responsibility for their defective products.

Terrible customer service from start to finish. The product performed nowhere near what was advertised, didn't heat properly, and couldn't hold a curl. Getting a refund was an ordeal. They have an 800 number but won't handle returns by phone, only email, and claim 14 days for refunds while pushing you to follow up repeatedly. They even held onto my money until I had to get my credit card company involved. Their low ratings make total sense.
