Been a loyal Biotherm customer for more than two decades and their products have always worked great for me. The problem is, for the past year, everything I want to buy keeps showing as coming soon with no real updates. A year has gone by and still nothing is actually available on their website. Unlike Canada and other places, Biotherm doesn't stock their stuff in regular stores here in the US, so the website is my only option. I tried calling customer service yesterday hoping for some answers, but they basically admitted they have no idea why items are unavailable or when stock might return. I also sent an email with my concerns, and the reply I got back was pretty useless. They said they don't know when products will be restocked and suggested I set up product alerts instead. That's not helpful at all. Honestly, if Biotherm is trying to pull out of the US market, they're doing a great job at it. Their product availability is terrible and their customer service responses are completely unhelpful. I'm going to have to find another brand to switch to.

Seriously disappointed with Biotherm's business practices. I ordered from them expecting to get the promotional gifts that were advertised, but they never showed up in my shipment. I decided to send the order back since the offer wasn't honored. The tracking info confirmed UPS delivered and someone signed for it, but after waiting over a month, Biotherm keeps saying they have no record of receiving my return package. Still waiting for my refund, and they won't budge. This company clearly doesn't care about treating customers fairly. If you value your money, stay away from Biotherm.
