I picked BioTrust specifically because of their name. When I'm thinking about my health, I want a company with quality products and someone I can actually trust. BioTrust earned my trust and delivers on their promises. I've gotten multiple products from them and every single one does what it says it will. Currently using their multi collagen protein powder and ageless muscle supplement. As you get older you tend to be less active, but this helps keep your muscles strong without needing to work out constantly. Love it. I'm eyeing some other products and would like to chat with someone to make sure they work well with my current collagen routine. I know I'll get solid advice. BioTrust really lives up to their name. This is a company that stands behind what they sell. They've got such a great range of products. Their multi collagen is legitimately the best I've tried. It seriously helped me feel confident again.

Terrible experience trying to get help with a messed up order. Either they don't know what they're doing or they just don't care. You're basically rolling the dice hoping you get the right item, and if something goes wrong, good luck getting it fixed or getting your money back. There are plenty of other companies with better service and better products out there.

I've been loyal to BioTrust for years and have liked their products overall. But my last experience really let me down. As a visually impaired person, I struggled navigating their website and ended up buying the wrong item. I wasn't worried at first because they advertise a 60 day money back guarantee, so I figured it'd be a quick fix. When I got the wrong product, I emailed customer service three separate times but only got automated responses that seemed like they came from a bot. No real person helped me or tried to solve the issue under their stated guarantee. Customer service has clearly gone downhill, and their 60 day guarantee feels like empty marketing. Their unresponsive support and refusal to honor their advertised guarantee forced me to dispute the charge with my bank. While BioTrust products used to be solid, I can't recommend them anymore and won't be going back.

Looking at these reviews, I'm skeptical. The positive ones look like they're coming from inside the company itself. I don't see any independent third party verification, and the ingredient lists and nutritional information aren't transparent. Where are the peer reviews? I'm going to skip this one.

Usually their products are pretty good but the GLP-1 Elevate was a total dud for me. Did absolutely nothing. Would've been better off putting that money elsewhere. Really frustrated with this one.

Don't want to bash this company since I've been ordering for over two years, but I've got some concerns. Started with Keto elevate and collagen, both solid but pricey. I've found cheaper options out there if you look around. Most recently tried the Ageless bright advanced pigment serum and honestly it didn't do much for my age spots.

I'm reading all these complaints about terrible customer service and unauthorized charges. I'm not calling anyone a liar, but I think people aren't doing their due diligence. BioTrust is honestly the most trustworthy company I've dealt with anywhere. If you return something within 60 days they offer you 25% back and you keep the product. One time I had an issue and they gave me full credit plus let me keep it. Years later I remembered that credit and emailed them with proof. They didn't have it in their system anymore because so much time had passed, but they immediately restored it. Here's the thing with these complaints: just pick up the phone and call a real person. The chatbot has limits, but the actual human agents are friendly and won't give you the runaround or scam you.

Purchased from them several years back and sent a request to stop their marketing emails. They haven't listened. I get anywhere from 3 to 6 emails in a single day. I've deleted and blocked them repeatedly but they just keep coming to my junk folder. Would really appreciate if they'd actually respect my request.

Wanted to test this out through their beta program, so I grabbed a trial pack for seven bucks as part of a subscription deal. Used the protein powder twice. Taste was fine, actually pretty good. But the side effects were terrible. My stomach got really crampy both times, lasted about two days each round. Canceled my subscription immediately after that.
