I signed up for a free collagen sample. About a week in, I find out it went to the wrong address. I reach out to them and they say someone will contact me in 72 hours. Still waiting. This morning I see my account got hit with a $29.99 charge for something I never agreed to. They pulled my credit card info from the shipping address without my permission. This is straight up shady. Weekend support is just a chatbot. Don't go with this company. They'll rip you off.

Ordered 6 containers of Eternal REDS for about $127 total. I'm a longtime customer of theirs across various products. This particular one gave me hives and caused a bad allergic reaction. I requested to return the 5 unopened containers and sent them back. They refunded just $26. Seriously?? I'd steer clear of this company.
