After 3 weeks, they finally email me saying there's something flagged with my address and they need me to confirm it. I confirm and they promise to send it out the following week. No tracking number shows up, so I follow up. Customer service can't even locate my order. They want me to send proof of purchase. Then comes the best part - they're saying it's only been about 8 days since I ordered when it's actually been almost a month. They say they're escalating it to someone. At this point I just requested my money back through a payment dispute.
Came here to write my own negative review and was shocked to see how many others had beaten me to it. Their customer service is absolutely the worst. I made the mistake of ordering 4 pairs right off the bat. When they arrived, they were enormous. The sizing is way off. They're so big I can't even keep them on my feet. Their phone line is pointless - says it's always outside business hours even on regular weekdays. Nobody returns voicemails, which is the only option they give you. Their chat isn't responsive either. I did get an email response where they said they'd figure something out with an exchange, and then nothing. They stopped responding and now it's been a month. All you need to do is look at the reviews to see this company is broken and probably won't make it.
Never got my shoes in the first place. I've been reaching out through texts, calls, and emails for over a month and nobody's getting back to me. Looks like I'm going to have to fight to get my money back. Don't order from here.
